Kim is our CDO and has years of operational, consulting and management experience in the field of IT Service Management and ServiceNow. She is able to fully understand the challenges of a customer and provide them with the best solutions. She is extremely skilled in driving change and has a proven track-record of improving and maintaining relationships and programs. Her ability to implement strategies is underpinned by expertise in ITIL and Prince 2 accompanied by experience in improving efficiencies and reducing operational costs during her career.

Within IMA, Kim plays an important role in guiding our projects and consultants. She is service-minded, energetic and pragmatic, making her the go-to person for many customers.
